Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room

The centerpiece of the home is the vast and inviting family room/kitchen/dining room area. Each area has a unique and defined feel, yet remain completely open to each other, offering a perfect gathering area for friends and family. The kitchen is a cook's dream with JenAir double ovens (one is convection), a Maytag natural gas cook-top, a Kenmore microwave oven/stovetop hood with fan and lights, a Kenmore side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser, a GE Adora dishwasher, and a water filtration system. All of these appliances are only three years old and work perfectly. There is an extra large, walk-in, lighted pantry which measures 7.5' x 4.5' and includes deep, built in shelves. The kitchen is literally surrounded with custom oak cabinets and is lit by recessed lighting and a custom oak box-light. The family room and kitchen are divided by a 3' x 11' island with built in, oak cabinets. There are French doors which lead to the patio and a large bay window area that forms the dining area. This space has built in benches with hidden storage, plenty of seating, and a ceiling fan light. The family room measures 19' x 14' and features a vaulted ceiling; a 2 story, full wall gas fireplace with a beautiful rock face and a 9' custom oak mantle; 2 large plant shelves; an extra large ceiling fan with lights; and recessed lighting. There are two large windows, one which matches the French doors and one which sits high on the wall providing a view of the valley from the balcony. The kitchen, pantry, and dining areas have custom tile flooring while the family room is carpeted.
